Homemade fresh pasta will make you pasta an amazing meal. It takes no time and hardly any ingredients. Please take a second and get back in the kitchen for your family and friends!
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
4 Eggs (any combination of this 2 whole eggs and 4 yolks, or 8 egg whites ect)
1/2 tsp salt
1Tbl milk
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
Mix flour and salt and put on counter in a mound. With your fingers put a well in the middle of the mound and pour liquid into well.
Slowly stir the eggs around the well incorporating the flour into the egg mixture.
When all flour and eggs are mixed, begin kneading dough for 15 minutes. Dough should be moist but not sticky, add flour as needed to eliminate the stickiness.
Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll our and use for any fresh pasta recipe.
